[Updated] Monthly Filing of Expanded/Creditable and Final Withholding Tax Returns

This Updated Tax Alert is issued to inform all concerned on the following additional guidelines on the filing and payment of expanded/creditable and final withholding taxes pursuant to the latest BIR Advisory dated February 6, 2018 and signed by Commissioner Dulay.

Note that this is only a transitory procedure pending the issuance of the enhanced withholding tax remittance forms.
