Postings of additional securities deposit falling due in 2021 extended until December 23, 2021

This Tax Alert is issued to remind all concerned on the adjusted deadline for posting additional securities deposit and substitution of securities deposit of branch offices to align the same with the extended deadline for the Audited Financial Statements (AFS) pursuant to SEC MC No. 3 s 2021.

SEC extended the deadline for posting of additional securities deposit and substitution of securities for branch offices with fiscal period ending 31 December 2020 to align the same with the extended deadline of the audited financial statement.

Posting of additional securities deposit and substitution of securities deposit for branch offices falling due in 2021 shall be extended until December 23, 2021, Thursday. The extension shall automatically be applied without the need for a request from the affected branch offices.
